How much does a card cost?
Price depends on the contract with the establishment. Travelers often pay nothing: the venue covers the card as a gesture. When paid, expect €2 to €3.50 for a card with a French stamp (metropolitan France).
Where and how are cards printed?
Printed in France on heavy 350gsm anti-deforestation certified paper. Cards validated before 5pm on a business day are mailed the same day. Weekends and holidays delay shipment to next business day.
What card formats?
Standard is 10×15 cm postcard with envelope. We also handle folded cards, giant cards, and photos on glossy paper. Format is adaptable per partner.
Can we send internationally?
At launch, Fidélicarte covers France and the European Union: every card is printed and posted in France, with a short, low-carbon supply chain. International delivery will come next.
How long to integrate Fidélicarte on the venue side?
Setup in 48 to 72h. We create your partner account, your custom QRs, your dashboard, and integrate your visual identity on card backs (logo, signature, venue photo). No PMS or CRM technical integration required.
What about GDPR?
Traveler data is stored on European servers (Supabase, Paris region). Postal addresses are anonymized at our printer 15 days after dispatch. No data is resold.
What does the establishment see in their dashboard?
Card volume per stay, per destination, per period. Conversion rate (guests who scanned the QR / guests who sent a card). Audit log of each send. No personally identifying traveler data exposed — only aggregates.
